“It was a pleasure to have met both of you. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. Laura and I enjoyed our stay in The Seasons Guest House.”

“A great way to dream a life away in Texas. The town was uncommonly lovely, the hospitality a work of art, and I’d love to write a novel in this town in this place. I had the time of my life and my daughter Melissa and I received literary awards from The Pulpwood Queens. A fabulous memory”

“Oh my! What a great place! History, beautiful setting, great food, comfortable bed…..Perfect! I’m guessing the Jacuzzi tub isn’t original (Smily Face), but it’s a great touch. I pray everyone who stays here feels as blessed as we did by Shirley’s gift of hospitality and cooking. May you leave feeling peaceful, calm, renewed, and above all, more deeply connected to your spouse. My husband and I feel like newlyweds all over again.”
“This has been a wonderful weekend thanks to you and your welcoming hospitality. We will cherish the memory of our stay. The food was great!!! The room beautiful!!! We could not have asked for better. You made our Anniversary the Best. I’m so glad I said “yes” 44 year ago. We will be back.”

“Rarely in all our travels have we come across a place so wonderfully steeped in history. We commend the townspeople of Jefferson for their devotion to preserving their town and its character.
The House of the Seasons offers so much to the Jefferson visitor. A historical home, beautifully maintained and preserved. A wonderful B&B experience from the decoration of the rooms to the delicious breakfast. A great location to explore the town and its treasures.
We look forward to repeat visits.”
