Lady Bird Suite

This room is named in honor of Mrs. Lyndon B. Johnson one of America’s greatest First Ladies and an old friend of the Collins family, who owns the House. She was named Lady Bird by the house workers at her fathers plantation at nearby Karnack and attended Jefferson High School. She visited the House in 1976, and again in 1982 and has been an ardent supporter of historic preservation and wildflower beautification.

Amenities

The Lady Bird Suite is 450 sq. ft., furnished with a king-sized, four poster bed and includes a sitting area with two large Victorian lounge chairs.
The Suite is located on the Ground Floor.

All guest suites are located behind the historic home, in the Carriage House.
Off-street parking available under the carport.

– 600 thread count bed linens
– 37-inch flat screen TV
